What happens after I apply?

After submitting your application, our team will review your information within 24-48 hours. For retail applications, you'll receive onboarding instructions. For institutional applications ($500K+), we'll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your specific requirements.

What are the minimum allocations?

Retail: $1,000 minimum
Professional: $25,000 minimum (includes advanced features)
Institutional: $500,000 minimum (includes custom profiles and dedicated support)

Are there geographic restrictions?

We serve users globally, but certain jurisdictions have regulatory restrictions. U.S., Canadian, and sanctioned country residents may face limitations. We'll clarify eligibility during the application review process.

How long until I can deploy capital?

Retail/Professional: 3-5 business days after approval for KYC/wallet setup.
Institutional: 2-4 weeks for custom configuration, testing, and integration.

What wallet types are supported?

We support MetaMask, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, Ledger/Trezor hardware wallets, and institutional-grade custody solutions (Fireblocks, Anchorage, Copper). Multi-sig wallets (Gnosis Safe) are supported for institutional clients.

Can I withdraw funds at any time?

Yes, there are no lock-up periods. Conservative and Moderate profiles offer daily liquidity. Growth profiles may require 24-48 hours for position unwinding depending on market conditions. All withdrawal terms are documented in your risk profile.
